Diggnation.  It's a good tech pop culture show; they seem to discuss the shit that really vibes with me.  <<end>>

Paranormal Cattivity

Someone showed me this at work, I couldn't stop laughing for literally 10 minutes.  This is especially funny if you've seen the movie Paranormal Activity, that movie was FUCKING HORRIBLE!

One of the most scariest movies of all time??  No, I was NEVER scared while I watched that movie, not even once!  They had a great concept going for them, but such a failure of an execution.  Nothing happened that was "paranormal" enough to warrant a motion picture release (i.e. - see straight to dvd).  I've seen scarier things in episodes of the x-files; the movie lasted about as long as an x-files episode, but lacked the creativity that any one of those episodes have.  It's not even a budget thing; the earlier x-files was definitely working with little funds, but the stories and writing was golden!  Paranormal Activity had no story; sure the couple had lots of natural chemistry that translated to the screen nice enough, however just like ky jelly, after a while it dries up.  The couple is typical.  The whole experience was less than typical; Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over offered far more thrills, no lie.

Court Victory.

So I was driving in my jeep, going to work --there was a line of cars stacking up behind a stop sign.  Fucking everyone was kind of rolling over and thru it.  Apparently I must of rolled a little too smoothly thru it (I'm a smooth guy, I couldn't help it), and 3 seconds later  THE FUCKING PIGS ARE BEHINDS ME!  Just 1, but he's in a fucking sweet looking camero w/ the typical blue lights flashing.  I was definitely scared shitless, but I kept my composure.  The guy gave me two tickets; wreckless driving & failure to change my address on my license/registration.

The court thingy was today.. 1 ticket was dimissed, the other was cut in half.  It felt so good to stand up in front of a judge, and to pleade "guilty" -- I felt like I was in an episode of Law and Order (or Judge Mathis).  It was good times.
